![]() 3 - Concept art and layout drawings Any install undertaken need drawings to try and explain to the customer ideas that have been discussed and also gives a visual aid to what the installer is thinking.
![]() Pictured are some of the original concept art and design drawings that install Marty got down on paper first before any work was undertaken. All ideas and thoughts, some of which will never actually work or be used anyway, get commited to paper by the installer. Shapes, logos, lighting and of course components get listed and drawn out as story boards as well. Shown above on the left are drawings displaying the overall plan and layout of the boot as well as more of detailed decorations. The image on the right shows the complexities of the box design. This will be made with 1" MDF and fibreglass.

The image on the right shows the mathematics to get the internal volume of the box. ![]() These shots show the overall plan and layout of the parcel shelf that will go into the Silvia. On the right,
there is a supposed plan of the door although this will change a great many times before it is finalised.
